The Symposium on Clinical Interventional Oncology (CIO) is designed for interventional radiologists, surgeons, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of cancer or looking to expand into this arena.
Learning Objectives
After attending the Symposium on Clinical Interventional Oncology (CIO), participants should be able to:
Describe catheter-based procedures to treat solid tumors, using the latest techniques and technologies
Assess the most appropriate therapeutic agent in catheter-directed therapy for hepatic malignancies
Demonstrate appropriate decision-making skills and techniques in ablation involving tumors of the kidney, bone, liver, and lung
Determine the most appropriate imaging modalities during assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients
Analyze the evidence behind the various modalities utilized in interventional oncology
Activity Overview
This interactive educational conference will occur virtually on October 6, October 13, October 20, and October 27, 2020 from 6:00pm - 10:20pm ET.
This enduring material will be available for on-demand access for 3 months following the virtual conference dates.
Claiming Credit
To be eligible for documentation of credit, participants must attend, evaluate sessions attended and submit a completed evaluation form. Participants who complete the evaluation online within 3 months of the virtual conference will receive immediate documentation of credit.

The American Medical Association (AMA) has an agreement of mutual recognition of CME credit with the UEMS.
